摘 要:针对目前变电站过程装置交流采集数据角差的整定方式繁琐,并且必须依赖装置SMV(采样测量值)发送功能以及合并单元测试仪来完成的局限性,提出一种角差自动整定方法,该方法可脱离合并单元测试仪进行自动整定,简化了人工参与流程,同时提出了采用拉格朗日三次插值算法进行插值计算,弥补了高次谐波衰减问题。在采集执行单元装置进行对比验证,自动角差整定方式满足精度误差要求,拉格朗日三次插值算法的应用可有效抑制谐波衰减,改进的整定方法在实际应用中具有可行性。Aiming at the limitation that the adjusting method of phase-shift of AC collected data of substation process device is complicated at present,and it must be completed by SMV(sampling measurement value)sending function of device and merging unit tester,this paper puts forward an automatic adjusting method of phase-shift.This method can be set automatically without combining unit tester,which simplifies the process of manual participation.At the same time,Lagrange cubic interpolation algorithm is proposed for interpolation calculation,which makes up for the problem of higher harmonic attenuation.In this paper,the comparison and verification are carried out on the acquisition execution unit device.The automatic phase-shift adjusting method meets the requirements of precision error,and the application of Lagrange cubic interpolation algorithm can effectively suppress harmonic attenuation.The improved setting method is feasible in practical application.
