摘　　要：阐述从PLC智能化控制角度分析工业机器人喷涂技术。该工业机器人喷涂系统能够实时采集机器人内部和外部参数信息,并传递给计算机进行处理与显示。同时,PLC智能化控制技术还能实时监测机器人的运行状态,确保其稳定、可靠运行。This paper expounds the analysis of industrial robot spraying technology from the perspective of PLc intelligent control.The system is capable of real-time collection of internal and external parameter information of the robot,and transmitting it to the computer for processing and display.At the same time,the PLC intelligent control system can also monitor the real-time operation status of the robot,ensuring its stable and reliable operation.
