摘　　要：2024年11月起,中国国家博物馆和莫斯科克里姆林宫博物馆共同举办“俄宴风华——克里姆林宫博物馆藏饮食文物精品展”。策展组通过梳理莫斯科克里姆林宫博物馆藏品和相关文献资料,以历史线索为叙事逻辑,构建起一个涵盖俄罗斯饮食文化发展脉络的展览框架。展览不仅呈现了历史重大事件及重要人物对饮食文化的塑造作用,还展示了饮食文化在普通民众日常生活中逐步丰富的过程。此外,展览并未止步于展现俄罗斯的饮食文化,而是进一步描绘出文化交流、文明互鉴的生动图景。Since November 2024,the National Museum of China and the Moscow Kremlin Museums have jointly organized the exhibition Russian Banquet:Treasures of Dining from the Moscow Kremlin Museums Collection.By combing the collections of the Moscow Kremlin Museums and related documents,the curatorial team has constructed an exhibition framework covering the development of Russian food culture with historical clues as the narrative logic.The exhibition not only presents the role of major historical events and important figures in shaping the food culture,but also shows its gradual enrichment in the daily lives of ordinary people.Furthermore,the exhibition vividly depicts cultural exchange and mutual understanding of civilizations.
