摘　　要：提升大学生网络文明素养是实现大学生自我价值、助力网络强国战略、推进社会文明进程的关键路径。数智时代技术赋能教育转型发展的同时,也隐含了技术囹圄,使大学生网络文明素养呈现出明显的异化特征:信息甄别能力暗藏数字韧性迷失风险,技术驾驭能力背离数字土著身份愿景,社会参与习惯钳制数字公民资源禀赋。根据对全国6万余名大学生的抽样调查结果,深度剖析了当代大学生网络文明素养的异化现象,揭示了其在网络环境、网络技术和教育队伍等维度上的困境。基于此,从更新育人理念、优化育人环境、升级育人载体、涵养育人队伍等方面提出大学生网络文明素养的提升对策,以期建构一种基于技术与人文并重的数字情感文明,使大学生能够在网络空间中实现自我价值与社会价值的统一。Improving college students'network civilization is a key path to realize college students'self-value,help the strategy of network power and promote the process of social civilization.At the same time of the transformation and development of technology enabled education at the age of digital intelligence,it also implies a technology prison,which makes the network civilization of college students show obvious alienated characteristics:Information screening ability conceals the risk of digital resilience loss;Technology control ability deviates from the vision of digital indigenous identity;Social participation habits restrict the resource endowment of digital citizens.Based on the sample survey results of more than 60,000 college students across the country,this paper deeply analyzes the dissimilation phenomenon of modern college students'network civilization quality,and reveals their difficulties in network environment,network technology and education team.Based on this,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve college students'network civilization from the aspects of renewing education concept,optimizing education environment,upgrading education carrier,and cultivating education team,with a view to constructing a digital emotional civilization based on both technology and humanity,so that college students can realize the unity of self-value and social value in the network space.
