摘 要:人工智能技术创新究竟是推动企业供应链上下游“一枝独秀”还是“百花齐放”,不仅关乎企业高质量发展,更关乎产业链供应链韧性和安全。本文在识别2010—2020年中国A股上市公司人工智能专利基础上,系统考察了企业人工智能技术创新对供应链集中度的可能影响与作用机理。研究发现,人工智能技术创新显著降低了企业供应链集中度,并且该效应主要通过改善供需效能、增强营运能力和优化企业声誉三种作用机理得以实现。此外,人工智能技术创新的供应链治理效应在竞争度较高的行业以及贸易便利度较高、市场分割度较低的地区更为显著,并能在推动企业高质量发展的同时降低企业风险。本文为以科技创新引领现代化产业体系建设,以及提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平提供了微观理论基础和政策启示。The impact of artificial intelligence(Al)technological innovation on corporate supply chains,whether it fosters a"one-man show"or a"blooming of flowers",is crucial for both high-quality corporate development and the resilience and security of industrial and supply chains.Using a sample of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2020,this paper systematically examines the potential impacts and mechanisms of AI technological innovation on supply chain concentration based on identifying AI patents.The research finds that AI technological innovation significantly reduces supply chain concentration.This effect is primarily driven by three mechanisms:improving supply and demand efficiency,enhancing operational capabilities,and optimizing market reputation.In addition,the supply chain governance effect of artificial intelligence is more pronounced in non-state-owned enterprises,highly competitive industries,and regions with higher trade facilitation,lower market segmentation,and better reputation benefits.AI technological innovation also promotes high-quality corporate development while mitigating risks.This paper provides a micro-theoretical foundation and policy insights for leveraging technological innovation to lead the construction of a modern industrial system and maintain the resilience and security of industrial and supply chains.
