摘 要:E2F7是E2F转录因子家族的重要成员之一,其作为转录抑制因子在细胞周期调控中发挥重要作用。近年来研究表明,E2F7在肺腺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌以及结直肠癌等多种人类恶性肿瘤中表达升高并与不良预后相关;然而在某些情况下,E2F7也可能发挥抑癌作用。肿瘤耐药是影响临床治疗和患者预后的重要因素,E2F7在肿瘤中发挥的作用在一定程度上影响肿瘤耐药。本文综述了E2F7的生物学功能及其在肿瘤耐药中发挥的作用和机制,以期为临床肿瘤生物标志物的筛选及靶向药物研发提供新思路。E2F7 is a crucial member of the E2F transcription factor family,playing an important role as a transcriptional repressor in the cell cycle regulation.Recent studies have demonstrated that E2F7 is overexpressed in various human malignant tumors such as lung adenocarcinoma,breast cancer,liver cancer,and colorectal cancer,and is associated with poor prognosis.However,E2F7 may also exhibit tumorsuppressive effects under certain conditions.Tumor drug resistance is a critical factor that significantly impacts clinical treatment and patients prognosis,E2F7 plays a role in modulating tumor drug resistance.This review summarizes the biological functions of E2F7 and its mechanisms in tumor drug resistance,aiming to provide novel insights for the identification of clinical tumor biomarkers and the development of targeted therapies.
