摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、CD34在原发性肝癌(PHC)肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)后患者癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法选取62例经TACE术后切除的PHC标本作为观察组,另选同期直接手术切除的62例PHC标本作为对照组。比较2组VEGF和CD34阳性表达率差异;随访1年,比较复发与未复发患者VEGF和CD34表达情况。结果观察组VEGF阳性、CD34阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,观察组复发20例,复发率为32.26%;复发患者VEGF阳性、CD34阳性率高于未复发患者(P<0.05)。结论VEGF、CD34在TACE术后阳性表达率可有所下降,其高表达与肿瘤复发存在密切关系,临床需高度重视,以此完善早期治疗方案。Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and CD34 in tissues of patients with primary liver cancer(PHC)after hepatic artery chemoembolization(TACE)and their relationship with prognosis.Methods 62 cases of PHC specimens resected after TACE were selected as the observation group,and 62 cases of PHC specimens resected directly during the same period were selected as the control group.The positive expression rates of VEGF and CD34 were compared between the 2 groups.The expression of VEGF and CD34 in patients with and without recurrence was compared after 1 year follow-up.Results The positive rates of VEGF and CD34 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,20 cases relapsed,and the recurrence rate was 32.26%.The positive rates of VEGF and CD34 in patients with recurrence were higher than those without recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of VEGF and CD34 may decrease after TACE operation,and their high expression is closely related to tumor recurrence,so clinical attention should be paid to improve the early treatment plan.
