自体结膜移植联合冷冻对眼表鳞状细胞肿瘤患者术后视力恢复及复发的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自体结膜移植联合冷冻对眼表鳞状细胞肿瘤(OSSN)患者术后视力恢复及复发的影响。方法选择郑州大学第二附属医院2019年4月至2023年4月期间收治的OSSN患者60例,按随机数字表法将60例OSSN患者分为联合组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组行常规肿瘤切除术治疗,联合组在此基础上行自体结膜移植联合冷冻治疗。比较2组临床疗效、视力恢复及复发情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组视力恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组术后1年复发率为3.33%(1/30),低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体结膜移植联合冷冻治疗OSSN有利于促进角膜上皮愈合,改善患者视力,减少复发,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of autologous conjunctival transplantation combined with freezing on visual recovery and recurrence in patients with ocular surface squamous cell tumor(OSSN).Methods 60 patients with OSSN were selected and divided into the combination group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional tumor resection,and the control group was treated with autoconjunctiva transplantation combined with cryotherapy.The clinical efficacy,visual acuity recovery and recurrence were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group[73.33%(22/30)],with statistical difference(P<0.05).The visual acuity recovery of the combined group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the combined group was 3.33%(1/30),which was lower than that of the control group[26.67%(8/30)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous conjunctiva transplantation combined with cryotherapy for OSSN can promote corneal epithelial healing,improve visual acuity and reduce the recurrence of OSSN.
