摘 要:为提高冷连轧产线带钢同板差质量,并验证双锥度工作辊在不同工况下对带钢横向同板差的调控能力,以某厂六辊冷连轧轧机为仿真对象,采用ABAQUS弹塑性有限元软件,建立了带钢轧制过程的三维弹塑性仿真模型。通过大量不同工况下的仿真分析,对比在不同工作辊弯辊力、中间辊窜辊和来料凸度下,双锥度工作辊与普通平辊轧制的带钢横向同板差。结果表明,在典型工况下,双锥度工作辊相较于平辊工作辊,辊子与带钢间的接触应力峰值降低80MPa以上,显著改善带钢受到的轧制力分布;带钢边部抬升14.27μm,大幅降低了带钢的边部减薄现象,减少了其横向同板差,带钢横向同板差下降至6μm以下。本工作验证了双锥度工作辊对带钢横向同板差的优化能力,可为相关研究提供思路与指导。In order to improve the quality of same-board difference in cold rolling strip production lines,the regulatory capacity of double-cone work rolls on the same-board difference of strip steel under different operating conditions was verified.The ABAQUS plastic finite element software has been applied and a three-dimensional elastic-plastic simulation model of the strip steel rolling process was established based on a 6-roll cold rolling mill.Through extensive simulations under various operating conditions,the longitudinal same-board difference of strip steel rolled by double-taper work rolls and flat rolls was compared under different work roll crown forces,intermediate roll crown forces,intermediate roll slip,and incoming strip convexity.The results indicate that compared with flat rolls,double-taper work rolls can effectively reduce the peak contact stress between rolls and strip steel,optimize the distribution of rolling force on the strip steel,and decrease its longitudinal same-board difference.It presents a noticeable impact on raising the thickness at the edges of the strip steel.This work validates the ability of double-taper work roll to optimize the lateral variation of flatness in steel strip,while provides a reference and guidance for the related research as well.
