生物功能吸附性义齿对全口义齿修复患者咀嚼功能及义齿稳固性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨生物功能吸附性义齿对全口义齿修复患者咀嚼功能及稳固性的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2023年12月于曲阜市口腔医院接受全口义齿修复治疗的80例患者,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用全口义齿修复治疗,观察组采用生物功能吸附性义齿修复治疗。对比两组修复治疗效果、咀嚼功能、义齿稳固性与生活质量。结果观察组修复治疗有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组咀嚼效率、咬合力均更高,生活质量评分均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组上颌、下颌的稳固性均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在全口义齿修复治疗患者中运用生物功能吸附性义齿的效果明显,改善患者的咀嚼功能,且义齿稳固性较好,可提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of biological functional adsorption denture on masticatory function and stability of patients with complete denture repair.Methods A total of 80 patients who received complete denture repair in Qufu Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with complete denture repair,and the observation group was treated with biological function adsorption denture repair.The repair treatment effect,chewing function,denture stability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of repair treatment in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05).After treatment,the chewing efficiency and bite force of the observation group were higher,and the quality of life scores were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The stability of maxilla and mandible in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of biological functional adsorption denture in the treatment of patients with complete denture repair is obvious,which can improve the chewing function of patients,and the stability of denture is good,which can improve the quality of life of patients.
