摘　　要：目的构建适用于婚孕前保健服务岗位胜任力评价的指标体系,为婚孕前保健工作人员专业能力和综合素质的衡量和评价提供参考依据,促进服务质量的提升和婚孕保健一体化的推进。方法以冰山模型为理论依据,通过文献检索、定性访谈拟定初步的指标,采用德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法开展两轮函询,确立最终三级指标体系。结果共邀请17名国内专家开展两轮德尔菲专家咨询,两轮函询过程中,专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数均为0.950,肯德尔(Kendall)协调系数分别为0.150、0.209,经一致性检验P<0.001。最终构建指标体系包括专业知识、专业能力、职业素养3个一级指标,12个二级指标和32个三级指标。结论本研究基于德尔菲法构建的婚孕前保健工作人员岗位胜任力的评价指标体系具有科学性和可靠性,可为婚孕前保健服务专业人员的培训和考评提供参考。Objective Construct an index system suitable for the competency evaluation of pre-marital and pre-pregnancy health care services,provide a reference basis for the measurement and evaluation of the professional ability and comprehensive quality of pre-marital and pre-pregnancy health care staff,and promote the improvement of service quality and the promotion of the integration of marital and pregnancy health care.Methods Based on the iceberg model,the preliminary indicators were formulated through literature retrieval and qualitative interviews,and two rounds of correspondence were carried out by using the Delphi expert consultation method to establish the final three-level index system.Results A total of 17 domestic experts were invited to carry out two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,and in the process of the two rounds of correspondence,the expert positive coefficient was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.950,the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.150 and 0.209,respectively,and the consistency test was P<0.001.Finally,the index system includes 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators of professional knowledge,professional ability and professionalism.Conclusion Based on the Delphi method,the evaluation index system of the post competency of pre-marital and pre-pregnancy health care workers constructed in this study is scientific and reliable,which can provide a reference for the training and evaluation of pre-marital and pre-pregnancy health care service professionals.
