“新医科”背景下医学研究生的教学现状及实践改进探索

摘　　要：随着医学科技的发展,传统的医学研究生教育模式无法完全适应新的社会需求和科技进步。本文以“新医科”为导向,通过优化课程,增加临床技能培训课程和实践比例,增设生物信息学、医学人工智能等跨学科课程,拓展学生眼界,加强理论与实践的结合能力;通过加强导师在实践教学中的指导作用,引导学生深入参与诊疗环节,提升独立诊治和临床决策能力;同时鼓励研究生参与全程科研项目,通过构思课题、实验设计、数据分析和论文撰写的全过程锻炼学生的科研思维和创新能力,通过真实病例研究和临床试验训练学生的创新能力和科研素质;另外构建多层次临床实践平台,拓展学生在不同医疗环境中的实践机会,并通过病例讨论、模拟操作和多学科协作培养批判性思维和综合解决问题的能力,旨在培养具备卓越临床能力、科研创新思维和社会责任感的高素质医学人才。With the development of medical science and technology,the traditional medical postgraduate education model can not fully adapt to the new social needs and scientific and technological progress.Guided by"new medical science",this paper optimizes the curriculum,increases the proportion of clinical skills training courses and practice,adds interdisciplinary courses such as bioinformatics and medical artificial intelligence,expands students'horizons,and strengthens the ability of theory combination practice;by strengthening the guiding role of tutors in practical teaching,students are guided to participate in the diagnosis and treatment,and the ability of independent diagnosis and treatment and clinical decision-making is improved;at the same time,postgraduates are encouraged to participate in the whole process of scientific research projects,exercise students'scientific thinking and innovation ability through the whole process of conceiving topics,experimental design,data analysis and thesis writing,and train students'innovation ability and scientific research quality through real case studies and clinical trials;in addition,a multi-level clinical practice platform is constructed to expand students'practical opportunities in different medical environments,and to cultivate critical thinking and comprehensive problem-solving ability through case discussion,simulation operation and multidisciplinary collaboration,aiming to cultivate high-quality medical talents with excellent clinical ability,scientific innovative thinking and social responsibility.
