摘 要:为了探究情绪绘本教学对班幼儿情绪调节能力的影响,研究者随机抽取了南京市某幼儿园四个大班的144名幼儿为被试,随机分配为四组,采用实验—控制对照组前测—后测设计,对其开展绘本干预实验,结果显示:接受情绪主题绘本干预的幼儿情绪调节能力后测水平均高于未接受情绪主题绘本干预的其他组被试水平,且实验组幼儿对“生气”情绪的认知能力在实验后显著提升。结论:情绪主题绘本教学确实可以帮助大班幼儿更好地调节、稳定自己的情绪,且情绪主题绘本教学有助于大班幼儿对情绪的认知与理解,特别是对生气情绪的理解。教育建议:家园双方可以利用绘本这一资源对幼儿开展情绪教育,重视幼儿情绪调节能力的培养,具体可以从设计园本化的幼儿情绪调节课程、更新幼儿教师的情绪教育理念、优化教师的绘本教学能力、创设适宜的阅读环境、家园共同协作等方面入手。In order to explore the influence of emotional theme picture books teaching on children’s emotional regulation ability,the researchers randomly selected a 144 children from four senior kindergarten class in Nanjing for subjects,randomly assigned to four groups.The experiment-control group and pre-assessment and post-assessment design were adopted to conduct a picture book intervention experiment on them.Results:The post level of emotional regulation ability who received emotional theme picture books intervention is higher than that of children in other groups who did not receive,and cognitive ability of children in experimental group regarding the emotion of anger is significantly improved after the experiment.Conclusions:The teaching of emotion theme picture books can indeed help senior kindergarten children to better adjust and stabilize their emotions,and it is conducive to children’s cognition and understanding of emotions,especially the understanding of angry emotions.Education advice:Both families and kindergartens sides can use picture books as resources for children to carry out emotional education,attaches great importance to the cultivation of children’s emotional regulation ability,Specifically,they can start from the following aspects:designing a kindergarten-based emotional regulation curriculum for children,updating preschool teachers’emotional education idea,optimizing teachers’picture book teaching ability,creating a comfortable reading environment,collaborating between families and kindergartens.
