摘  要:ABO血型抗原在许多肿瘤细胞膜上表达,但在一些肿瘤患者中可观察到肿瘤细胞上A和B血型抗原表达减弱的现象,这种现象的发生往往与肿瘤进展相关。ABO血型抗原表达减弱的现象在肿瘤发生发展中出现的机制尚不清楚,近年的研究表明,ABO基因启动子区域CpG岛甲基化状态可能与ABO血型抗原的表达有关。本文旨在对ABO基因启动子甲基化在肿瘤患者发生ABO血型抗原表达减弱现象中的作用及机制作一简要综述。ABO blood group antigens are expressed on the membranes of many tumor cells,but in some cancer patients,a weakened expression of A and B blood group antigens on tumor cells can be observed,which is often associated with tumor progression.The role and mechanism of the weakened expression of ABO blood group antigens in the occurrence and development of tumors are still unclear.Recent studies have shown that the methylation status of CpG islands in the promoter region of ABO genes may be related to the expression of ABO blood group antigens.This article aims to provide a brief review of the role and mechanism of ABO genes promoter methylation in the weakened expression of ABO blood group antigens in tumors.
