摘 要:目的 分析复方嗜酸性粒细胞乳酸菌片对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)大鼠肠道菌群的调节作用的可能机制。方法 随机将24只大鼠分为对照组、高脂饮食(HFD)组、HFD+阿托伐他汀组和HFD+益生菌组,每组各6只。检测大鼠肝脏中法尼醇受体(FXR)、成纤维细胞生长因子15(FGF15)m RNA和蛋白的表达水平。结果 HFD+益生菌组和HFD+阿托伐他汀组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶和甘油三酯水平明显低于HFD组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。HFD+益生菌组肝脏中FXR、FGF15的mRNA和蛋白表达明显高于HFD+阿托伐他汀组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 益生菌通过肠道菌群/FXR/FGF15信号通路缓解HFD大鼠的NAFLD。Objective To analyze the possible mechanism of the regulatory effect of compound acidophilic lactobacillus tablets on the gut microbiota in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 24 rats were randomly divided into the control group(n=6),the high-fat diet(HFD)group(n=6),the HFD+atorvastatin group(n=6),and the HFD+probiotics group(n=6).The expression levels of farnesoid x receptor(FXR)and fibroblast growth factor 15(FGF15)mRNA and protein in rat liver were detected.Results The levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate amino transferase,and triglycerides in the HFD+probiotics group and the HFD+atorvastatin group were obviously lower than those in the HFD group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The mRNA and protein expression of FXR and FGF15 in the liver of the HFD+probiotics group were obviously higher than those of the HFD+atorvastatin group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The alleviation of NAFLD in HFD rats by probiotics is achieved through the gut microbiota/FXR/FGF15 signaling pathway.
