摘  要:龋病与牙周病是人类口腔最常见的两大类疾病,近年来,随着国民口腔预防保健意识的提高,龋病和牙周病的严重程度显著降低,但发病率依然处于较高水平。非典型基膜(sBL)位于成釉细胞与成熟牙釉质之间,牙齿萌出后,结合上皮通过sBL附着在牙齿表面。釉成熟蛋白(AMTN)、牙源性成釉细胞相关蛋白(ODAM)、分泌型钙结合磷蛋白-脯氨酸-富含谷氨酰胺1(SCPPPQ1)和牙源性相关磷蛋白(ODAPH)为分布于sBL的蛋白,是近年来sBL中新发现的一些蛋白。大量证据表明,sBL成分可能参与釉质矿化和结合上皮附着,从而为临床龋病和牙周病的治疗提供帮助。本文通过总结现有研究,从牙体组织及牙周组织两方面进行分析,系统阐述基膜蛋白ODAM、AMTN、SCPPPQ1以及ODAPH在调控釉质矿化和结合上皮附着功能上的研究进展。Dental caries and periodontal diseases are the two most common diseases in human oral cavity.In recent years,with the improvement of national oral health care awareness,the severity of dental caries and periodontal diseases has decreased significantly,but the incidence rate is still at a relatively high level.Atypical basal lamina(sBL)is located between ameloblast and mature enamel.After the tooth erupts,the junctional epithelium adheres to the tooth surface through sBL.Amelotin(AMTN),odontogenic ameloblast-associated protein(ODAM),secretory calcium-binding phosphoprotein-proline-glutamine rich 1(SCPPPQ1)and odontogenic-associated phosphoprotein(ODAPH)are proteins distributed in sBL,which are some newly discovered proteins in recent years.Plenty of evidence shows that sBL components may be involved in enamel mineralization and JE adhesion,thus providing help for the treatment of clinical dental caries and periodontal disease.In this paper,by summarizing the existing research and analyzing the tooth tissue and periodontal tissue,the research progress of basal lamina proteins ODAM,AMTN,SCPPPQ1 and ODAPH in regulating enamel mineralization and JE adhesion function is systematically expounded.
