摘　　要：目的 比较多焦软镜与单光框架眼镜对防控青少年近视的有效性及安全性,为青少年近视防控、治疗方法提供更优选择。方法 回顾性临床病例对照研究。选择2020年12月至2023年2月在吉林省人民医院接受治疗的近视青少年109例(218只眼)。将符合条件的近视青少年按照不同屈光矫正方式分为多焦软镜组和单光框架组。比较两组治疗前后等效球镜度(SE)、眼轴长度的变化情况及其副作用,分析多焦软镜对于低、中度近视青少年控制效果的有效性及安全性。结果 矫正1年后,配戴多焦软镜青少年的等效球镜度(SE)及眼轴增长幅度均小于配戴单光框架眼镜青少年,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。矫正1年后,配戴多焦软镜与单光框架眼镜青少年并发症的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 多焦软镜可有效减缓低、中度近视青少年等效球镜度(SE)及眼轴的增长,且安全性好,多焦软镜可作为控制青少年低、中度近视发展的优选手段。Objective To compare the effectiveness and safety of using multifocal soft lenses and monocular frame glasses in the prevention and control of myopia in adolescents,and to provide a superior choice for the prevention and treatment of myopia in adolescents.Methods A retrospective control study was conducted on clinical cases.A total of 109 cases(218 eyes)of myopic adolescents who received treatment at Jilin Province People’s Hospital from December 2020 to February 2023 were analyzed.The eligible myopic adolescents were divided into the multifocal soft lenses group and the monocular frame glasses group based on different refractive correction methods.The changes in spherical equivalent(SE)and axial length before and after treatment and their side effects were compared between two groups.The effectiveness and safety of multifocal soft lenses in controlling adolescents with low to moderate myopia were analyzed.Results After one year of correction,the SE and axial growth of adolescents wearing multifocal soft lenses were all lower than those wearing monocular frame glasses,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the 1-year of correction,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between adolescents wearing multifocal soft lenses and those wearing monocular frame glasses(P>0.05).Conclusion Multifocal soft lenses can effectively slow down the SE and axial growth in adolescents with low to moderate myopia,and have good safety.Multifocal soft lenses can be used as the preferred means of controlling the development of adolescents with low to moderate myopia.
