摘 要:目的探讨SNAPPS教学法在中医住培生肺病科教学中运用的有效性。方法收集2023年3—12月在衢州市中医医院肺病科进行住院医师规范化培训并自愿参与本研究的中医住培生共56例,采用随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各28例,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用SNAPPS教学方法,通过比较SNAPPS教学法与传统教学方法在肺病科床旁教学中的出科考试成绩、中医辨证论治能力评分、学生满意度,评估两种教学方法的差异。结果试验组在肺病科出科考试成绩、中医辨证论治能力评分及满意度问卷分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SNAPPS教学法可提高中医住培生在肺病科疾病的教学效果、学生满意度,可以推广运用于中医规范化培训的教学中。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the SNAPPS teaching method in the education of traditional Chinese medicine resident trainees in the department of pulmonology.Methods A total of 56 traditional Chinese medicine resident trainees who underwent standardized residency training in the Department of Pulmonology at Quzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to December 2023 and voluntarily participated in this study were enrolled.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was taught using traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was taught using the SNAPPS teaching method.By comparing the exit exam scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment ability scores,and student satisfaction between the SNAPPS teaching method and the traditional teaching method in bedside teaching in the department of pulmonology,the differences between the two teaching methods were evaluated.Results The scores of examinations of post-departmental rotation,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment ability score,and satisfaction questionnaires were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The SNAPPS teaching method can improve the teaching effectiveness and student satisfaction for traditional Chinese medicine resident trainees in the department of pulmonology.It can be promoted for use the teaching of standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine.
