中西医结合治疗白塞病葡萄膜炎1例并文献复习

摘　　要：白塞病是一种慢性全身性血管炎症性疾病,其病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚,临床上以葡萄膜炎、复发性口腔溃疡、阴部溃疡和皮肤损害为主要特征,其眼部表现主要为复发性非肉芽肿性葡萄膜炎和闭塞性视网膜血管炎,好发于中青年,易复发,治疗困难,临床预后较差、致盲率较高。现报道白塞病葡萄膜炎患者1例,根据患者情况进行中西医结合治疗,并结合文献进行总结分析,探讨该疾病的治疗方案,从而为此类患者的综合治疗提供更多的新思路。Behçet’s disease is a chronic systemic vascular inflammatory disease,the etiology and pathogenesis of which are still not completely clear.Clinically,it is characterized by uveitis,recurrent oral ulcers,pubic ulcers and skin damage,and its ocular manifestations are mainly recurrent non-granulomatous uveitis and occlusive retinal vasculitis,which is prevalent in young and middle-aged people,prone to relapse,difficult to treat,with poor clinical prognosis and high blindness rate.Now,we report one case of Behçet’s uveitis,which was treated with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine according to the patient’s condition,and summarized and analyzed with the literature to explore the treatment plan of this disease,so as to provide more new ideas for the comprehensive treatment of this kind of patients.
