摘　　要：中医临床思维能力是中医住院医师规范化培训的核心要点,对提高中医住院医师规范化培训医师的专业素养和临床诊疗水平具有关键意义。然而,目前中医临床思维能力的培养面临诸多问题,如教学方法单一、实践机会缺乏和考核评价体系不完善等,因此迫切需要探索和创新中医临床思维能力的培养模式。本文深入分析中医临床思维能力的内涵及其在医疗实践中的重要性,并总结广西中医药大学附属贺州市中医医院在中医住院医师规范化培训医师临床思维培养与管理中的经验、成果及存在的问题,以期为提升中医住院医师规范化培训医师的中医临床思维能力提供参考依据,从而推动中医事业的持续发展与进步。The clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine is the core point of standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents,which is of great significance to improve the professional quality and clinical diagnosis and treatment level of doctors in standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents.However,there are many problems in the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine,such as single teaching method,lack of practical opportunities and imperfect evaluation system.Therefore,it is urgent to explore and innovate the training mode of clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper deeply analyzes the connotation of clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine and its importance in medical practice,and summarizes the experience,achievements and existing problems in the training and management of clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine residents in Affiliated Hezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,in order to provide reference for improving the clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine residents,so as to promote the sustainable development and progress of traditional Chinese medicine cause.
