以护理伦理为基础的结构化情感支持对未婚异位妊娠输卵管单侧切除术患者焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析以护理伦理为基础的结构化情感支持对未婚异位妊娠输卵管单侧切除术患者焦虑抑郁及生活质量的影响。方法选取2023年6月—2024年3月济南市中西医结合医院收治的68例未婚异位妊娠输卵管单侧切除术患者,按不同护理方法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用以护理伦理为基础的结构化情感支持。比较两组焦虑抑郁情绪、生活质量及护理满意度。结果手术当日,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均高于入院时,但观察组低于对照组;出院时,两组SAS和SDS评分均低于手术当日,且观察组低于对照组;出院时,两组生活质量综合评定问卷-74各维度评分均高于入院时,且观察组高于对照组;观察组对护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以护理伦理为基础的结构化情感支持能够改善未婚异位妊娠输卵管单侧切除术患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量和对护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of structured emotional support based on nursing ethics on anxiety,depression and quality of life in unmarried patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing unilateral salpingectomy.Methods A total of 68 unmarried patients with unilateral salpingectomy for ectopic pregnancy admitted to Ji'nan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received structured emotional support based on nursing ethics on the basis of the control group.Anxiety and depression,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results On the day of surgery,both groups exhibited elevated Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores compared to admission baseline measurements;however,the observation group demonstrated significantly lower scores than the control group.At discharge,SAS and SDS scores in both cohorts showed marked reductions relative to preoperative levels,with the observation group maintaining superior outcomes compared to the control group.Concurrently,Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)scores surpassed admission levels in both groups at discharge,with the observation group achieving significantly higher scores than the control group.Notably,nursing satisfaction ratings were substantially higher in the observation group relative to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The structured emotional support based on nursing ethics can improve the anxiety and depression of unmarried patients with unilateral tubal resection of ectopic pregnancy,improve their quality of life and satisfaction with nursing.
