老年结直肠癌住院患者心理健康状况与生存质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年结直肠癌住院患者心理健康状况与生存质量的相关性。方法采用方便抽样法选取2023年12月—2024年5月吉林市中心医院收治的老年结直肠癌住院患者为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表收集患者的一般资料并评估患者的心理健康状况和生存质量,采用Pearson分析老年结直肠癌住院患者心理健康状况与生存质量的相关性。结果本调查共发放问卷71份,回收有效问卷71份,回收有效率为100%。调查结果显示,有28.17%的老年结直肠癌住院患者有焦虑和抑郁。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,GAD-7得分与生理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域得分呈负相关,PHQ-9得分与生理领域和社会关系领域得分呈负相关(P<0.05);GAD-7得分与心理领域得分无相关性,PHQ-9得分与心理领域和环境领域得分无相关性(P>0.05)。结论老年结直肠癌住院患者的焦虑和抑郁率较高,其心理健康状况和生存质量存在较强相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between mental health status and quality of life in elderly inpatients with colorectal cancer.Methods The elderly inpatients with colorectal cancer admitted to Jilin Central Hospital from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the survey subjects by convenient sampling method.The general data questionnaire,Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF were used to collect the general data of the patients and evaluate the mental health status and quality of life of the patients.Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between mental health status and quality of life in elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Results In this survey,a total of 71 questionnaires were distributed,71 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective rate was 100%.The results of the survey showed that 28.17%of elderly inpatients with colorectal cancer had anxiety and depression.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the score of GAD-7 was negatively correlated with the scores of physiological field,social relationship field and environmental field.The score of PHQ-9 was negatively correlated with the scores of physiological field and social relationship field(P<0.05).There was no correlation between GAD-7 score and psychological field score,and there was no correlation between PHQ-9 score and psychological field and environmental field score(P>0.05).Conclusions The anxiety and depression rates of elderly inpatients with colorectal cancer are high,and there is a strong correlation between their mental health status and quality of life.
