摘  要:围绕平抛分离整流罩的大气环境地面分离试验,考虑罩体柔性因素及流固耦合效应,构建了复合材料整流罩有限元仿真模型。通过与运载火箭大气环境地面分离试验数据对比,验证了仿真模型的有效性和准确性;开展流场作用影响及呼吸运动特性分析,揭示了大气环境对地面分离试验影响;最后,通过真空分离运动仿真预示,分析并揭示了大气环境影响带来的天地不一致性,为中大型火箭整流罩平抛分离设计及试验验证提供理论支撑。This article focuses on the ground separation test in atmospheric environment,and firstly formulates a finite element simulation model of the composite material fairing taking account the fairing flexibility and the fluid-structure coupling.Then the effectiveness and accuracy of the formulated model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the atmospheric environment based ground separation test data of launch vehicle.In what follows,the atmospheric impact on the ground test is given by analyzing the fluid field effect and breath-motion characteristics.At last,the vacuum separation motion is predicted by the formulated model to show the inconsistency between in-orbit and ground conditions,providing theoretical support for future national large flexible faring parallel separation design and experimental verification.
