三仁汤加减治疗高尿酸血症合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的三仁汤加减治疗高尿酸血症(HUA)合并患者的疗效观察。方法选取2022年1月-2023年10月在菏泽市中医医院门诊及住院患者80例,以随机数字法为原则,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组给予非布司他片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用三仁汤治疗,2组分别治疗3个月,观察2组治疗前后的酸酯代谢及胰岛素抵抗的影响。结果经过治疗后,2组患者脂质代谢指标、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及血尿酸水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为90.00%,而对照组的有效率为77.50%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于高尿酸血症合并非酒精性脂肪肝的患者,加用三仁汤能更好的降低患者的血尿酸水平及脂代谢水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,提高疗效。Objective:To observe the efficacy of modified Sanren Decoction in the treatment of hyperuricemia(HUA)combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:80 patients with HUA combined with NAFLD were selected from January 2022 to October 2023 and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,40 cases each group.The control group was treated with Febuxostat tablets while the observation group was added modified Sanren Decoction on the basis of the control group s treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 months,and the effects on lipid metabolism and insulin resistance were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the lipid metabolism indices,Homeostasis Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance(HOMA-IR)and blood uric acid levels of both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group had better results than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,higher than 77.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hyperuricemia combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver,adding modified Sanren Decoction can better reduce uric acid levels and improve lipid metabolism and insulin resistance,thus improving efficacy.
