摘　　要：目的探讨家长参与联合多途径健康指导护理在小儿手足口病中的应用价值。方法方便选取2022年10月-2023年9月六盘水市水城区人民医院收治的86例手足口病患儿为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为两组,各43例。对照组行常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础上增加家长参与联合多途径健康指导,比较两组患儿遵医行为、患儿心理状态以及患儿家属的护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组患儿遵医行为的依从率为93.02%(40/43),高于对照组的74.42%(32/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.460,P=0.019)。护理前,两组患儿心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿Spence儿童焦虑量表总分为(24.40±2.57)分,低于对照组的(30.33±2.09)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.728,P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家长参与联合多途径健康指导护理对小儿手足口病的护理质量有较好的提升作用,能够减轻患儿的焦虑情绪,提高患儿遵医行为依从率,并提升家长的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application value of parental involvement combined with multi-pathway health guidance nursing in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 86 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to Liupanshui Shuicheng District People's Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group added parental involvement combined with multi-pathway health guidance on the basis of the control group.The medical compliance behavior of the children,the psychological state of the children,and the nursing satisfaction of the children's family members were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the compliance rate of medical compliance behavior in the observation group was 93.02%(40/43),which was higher than 74.42%(32/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.460,P=0.019).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological state scores between the two groups of children(P>0.05).The total score of the Spence Children's Anxiety Scale of the children in the observation group was(24.40±2.57)points,which was lower than(30.33±2.09)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.728,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the children's family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Parental involvement combined with multi-pathway health guidance nursing has a good effect on improving the nursing quality of children with hand-foot-mouth disease,can relieve the anxiety of children,increase the compliance rate of children's medical compliance behavior,and improve the nursing satisfaction of parents.
