普拉洛芬联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗白内障合并睑板腺功能障碍术后干眼症对视觉功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究普拉洛芬联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗白内障合并睑板腺功能障碍术后干眼症对视觉功能的影响。方法选取福州市第一总医院眼科2022年3月至2024年11月收治的患有术后干眼症的白内障合并睑板腺功能障碍患者95例,利用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,试验组47例,对照组48例,对照组的患者仅使用聚乙二醇滴眼液进行治疗,对于试验组的患者使用普拉洛芬联合聚乙二醇滴眼液进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的情况,通过对比患者眼部干涩、畏光、灼痛感、异物感等指标,分析普拉洛芬联合聚乙二醇滴眼液的治疗成效。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。进行4周的治疗后,泪膜破裂时间和泪液浸润长度对比治疗前均有所升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者眼部干涩、畏光、灼痛感、异物感各项症状评分低于治疗前,试验组各项症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取普拉洛芬和聚乙二醇滴眼液联合的治疗方式对白内障合并睑板腺功能障碍术后干眼症患者的治疗成效显著,对患者视觉功能的恢复具有积极作用。Objective To address the issue of postoperative dry eye syndrome in patients with cataracts and meibomian gland dysfunction,and to observe and analyze the effects of using Pralofen combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops on patients’visual function.Methods A total of 95 patients with cataract and meibomian gland dysfunction who suffered from postoperative dry eye syndrome and were admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of Fuzhou First General Hospital from March 2022 to November 2024 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,an trial group of 47 cases and a control group of 48 cases.Patients in the control group were treated only with polyethylene glycol eye drops,while patients in the trial group were treated with Pralofen combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops.The treatment effects of Pralofen combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops were observed before and after treatment.By comparing indicators such as dryness,photophobia,burning sensation,and foreign body sensation in the eyes of the patients,the therapeutic effect of Pralofen combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the trial group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,both the tear film breakup time and the tear meniscus height increased compared to before treatment,with the trial group showing higher values than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for symptoms such as dry eyes,photophobia,burning sensation,and foreign body sensation were lower in both groups compared to before treatment,with the trial group having lower scores for all symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Pralofen and Polyethylene Glycol Eye Drops has a significant therapeutic effect on postoperative dry eye syndrome in patients with cataracts and meibomian gland dysfunction,and has a positive effect on the recovery of visual function in patients.
