无托槽隐形矫治器与自锁托槽矫治器在口腔正畸中对患者牙周健康的影响比较

摘　　要：目的比较两种正畸装置(隐形矫治器与自锁托槽)的治疗效果,以及其对牙周健康状况的作用分析。方法通过随机数字表法,将2021年2月至2024年2月于连江丹阳陈煜口腔诊所口腔科行口腔正畸治疗的患者中抽取90例进行分组,共两组,分别为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例)。对照组实施自锁托槽矫治器治疗,观察组实施无托槽隐形矫治器治疗。对对照组和观察组治疗前以及治疗之后的最大咬力(MF)、平均自由时间(MFT)、咬速率(SO)、龈沟探诊深度(SPD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)进行比较分析,统计两组矫治满意度。结果观察组治疗后的MF、MFT、SO均较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的SPD值以及SBI、PLI、GI评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组矫治满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在行口腔正畸治疗的患者中应用无托槽隐形矫治器,有助于其咬功能改善,促进健康的牙周组织形成,提高患者矫治满意度。Objective To compare the treatment effect of two orthodontic devices(invisible appliance and self-locking bracket)and their effect on periodontal health status.Methods By random number table,a total of 90 patients undergoing orthodontic treatment in the Department of Stomatology of Lianjiang County Danyang Town from February 2021 to February 2024 were divided into two groups,the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases).The control group received self-locked bracket appliance,and the observation group received invisible appliance.The maximum bite force(MF),mean free time(MFT),occlusion rate(SO),gingival sulcus exploration depth(SPD),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)and gingival index(GI)of the control and observation groups of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the values of MF,MFT and SO in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The SPD values and SBI,PLI and GI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The satisfaction of correction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of invisible appliance without bracket in orthodontic treatment can improve the occlusal function,to promote form healthy periodontal tissue and improve the satisfaction of orthodontic treatment.
