舒适护理在腹腔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤术中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中采取术中舒适护理的效果。方法选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院于2023年1月至2024年6月期间治疗的80例子宫肌瘤患者,经随机数字表法分组,作为对照组和观察组,分别实施常规护理和舒适护理,对其术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间、Kolcaba舒适度量表(GCQ)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、满意程度进行分析。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组GCQ、PSQI评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(77.50%)(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中为患者提供舒适护理服务可获取较好干预效果,不仅能够减少患者术中出血量,缩短其手术时间、术后恢复时间,也能够改善舒适程度、睡眠质量,调节其负性情绪,提高其满意度。Objective To study the effect of intraoperative comfort care during laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods Selected 80 uterine fibroids patients treated by the Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to June 2024,grouped by random number table,as control group and observation group,implement routine care and comfortable care respectively.The following parameters were analyzed:intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative exhaust time,Kolcaba Comfort Scale(GCQ)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and satisfaction level.Results The observation group exhibited less intraoperative blood loss than the control group,and both the operation time and postoperative exhaust time were shorter in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the GCQ and PSQI scores of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Providing comfortable care services for patients during laparoscopic uterine myomectomy can obtain better intervention effects,which can not only reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding of patients,shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time,but also improve the comfort degree,sleep quality,adjust their negative mood,and improve their satisfaction.
