手术室精细化护理配合在达芬奇机器人辅助下经口甲状腺切除治疗甲状腺肿瘤患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析达芬奇机器人辅助下经口甲状腺切除治疗甲状腺肿瘤患者应用手术室精细化护理配合的效果。方法选取厦门大学附属中山医院2023年2月至2024年2月实施达芬奇机器人辅助下经口甲状腺切除治疗的60例患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组的基础上引入手术室精细化护理,统计两组术中体征波动情况[平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))]、不良心理改善情况(SAS、SDS)、不良反应发生率以及患者满意度。结果观察组MAP、HR、SpO_(2)波动幅度小于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组甲状腺肿瘤患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论达芬奇机器人辅助下经口甲状腺切除治疗甲状腺肿瘤期间配合以手术室精细化护理具有良好的效果,能降低患者术中体征波动幅度,改善患者不良心理,减少不良反应,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of operating room fine nursing coordination in the treatment of thyroid tumor patients with Da Vinci robot assisted transoral thyroidectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients who received oral thyroidectomy assisted by Da Vinci robot in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine operating room nursing,while patients in the observation group received intensive operating room nursing on the basis of the control group.The fluctuation of intraoperative signs[mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))],adverse psychological improvement(SAS,SDS),incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction of patients with thyroid tumors in the two groups were analyzed.Results The fluctuation of MAP,HR,SpO_(2) in observation group was less than that in control group(all P<0.05).Scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as headache and vomiting in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Da Vinci robot assisted oral thyroidectomy combined with fine nursing in the operating room has a good effect during the treatment of thyroid tumor,which can reduce the fluctuation amplitude of patients’intraoperative signs,improve patients’adverse psychology,reduce adverse reactions,and improve patients’satisfaction.
