摘 要:当前,数字经济迅猛发展,数字化转型已经成为大多数企业未来生存和发展的必然选择。在学术界,数字化转型的重大现实意义引发了众多学者的关注,已经成为管理学领域中备受瞩目的热点话题。就本质而言,国内外学者普遍认同数字化转型是一个渐进、动态的演进过程,通常具有不同的状态或阶段,且在不同的状态或阶段下具有截然不同的属性与特征。然而,既有的研究往往将数字化转型视作一个相对静止的事件或状态,导致难以对数字化转型进行准确、有效地测度,研究整体的有效性也难以保障。鉴于此,本文将数字化转型的演进过程作为核心主题,梳理既有的有关企业信息化演进过程以及企业数字化转型演进过程的研究,深入探讨企业数字化转型演进过程所表现出的阶段性、渐进性以及跃迁性,剖析不同阶段、不同状态下数字化转型的核心特征,进而针对数字化转型研究领域未来的发展提出相应的建议。In the current era marked by meteoric expansion of the digital economy,organizational digital transformation has emerged as an imperative strategic pathway for corporate sustainability and competitive advantage.Within academic circles,this paradigm shift has garnered substantial scholarly attention,evolving into a subject of intense scholarly inquiry within management studies.The academic community predominantly conceptualizes digital transformation as a dynamic,phased evolutionary continuum characterized by distinct developmental states,each manifesting unique attributes and operational paradigms.Notwithstanding this consensus,extant research frequently oversimplifies digital transformation as discrete events or static states,resulting in measurement inaccuracies and compromised research validity.This study positions itself at the intersection of organizational informatization evolution and digital transformation trajectories,systematically analyzing the phased progression,incremental adaptation,and disruptive transitions inherent in corporate digital transformation.Through meticulous examination of stage-specific characteristics and transformative mechanisms,this paper proposes a conceptual framework for future investigations while identifying promising research avenues in this domain.
