摘　　要：老年抑郁症是一种常见的心理健康问题,显著影响老年人的生活质量和认知功能。近年来,多项研究集中于探讨老年抑郁症与认知功能损害之间的关系以及相关影响因素。本文对老年抑郁症伴认知功能损害的主要影响因素与研究进展进行综述,为未来的研究与临床实践提供参考。Late-life depression is a common mental health issue that significantly impacts the quality of life and cognitive function in older adults.In recent years,numerous studies have focused on investigating the relationship between late-life depression and cognitive impairment,as well as its associated influencing factors.This article reviews the main influencing factors and research progress regarding late-life depression comorbid with cognitive impairment,aiming to provide references for future research and clinical practice.
