从物本逻辑到人本取向:精准思政的反思与重构

摘　　要：精准思政不只是新技术新方法赋能之下的一种“术”,更是一种“精准滴灌”的教育理念,以人为本是贯穿精准思政实践与研究的一条主线。实施精准思政的目的是弥合思想政治教育实然与应然之“差”,探赜社会发展目标与个体发展愿景之间的“最大公约数”。做好精准思政应遵循的主要原则是,在教育的全过程中发扬“钉钉子”精神,厘清精准思政与数字技术的辩证关系,警惕精准思政发生异化。同时,从精准研判、精准供给、精准评价、精准管理四个维度构建精准思政的实践链,从物本逻辑回归人本取向,以期在思想政治教育提质增效中实现精准育人。Precise ideological and political education is not merely a"technique"empowered by new technologies and methods.It is rather an educational concept of"precise drip irrigation",with the principle of putting people first running through its practice and research.The aim of implementing precise ideological and political education is to bridge the"gap"between the actual and the ideal states of ideological and political education,and to explore the"greatest common divisor"between the goals of social development and the individual development aspirations.The main principles to be followed in conducting precise ideological and political education well include carrying forward the"spirit of nailing nails"throughout the whole process of education,clarifying the dialectical relationship between precise ideological and political education and digital technology,and being vigilant against the alienation of precise ideological and political education.Meanwhile,a practical chain of precise ideological and political education should be constructed from four dimensions:precise judgment,precise supply,precise evaluation,and precise management,returning from material-oriented logic to human-centered orientation,with the expectation of achieving precise cultivation of people in the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political education.
