摘 要:高校思政课教师数字胜任力是数字思政时代赋能思政课教师专业发展、助推思政课发挥立德树人关键作用的重要议题。构建科学规范的高校思政课教师数字胜任力指标不仅能拓展思政课教师研究的向度,更有助于思政课提质增效。基于此,首先通过LDA主题分析法挖掘与高校思政课教师数字胜任力相关的研究主题。随后运用德尔菲法,对来自多所综合性院校的21位从事思想政治教育工作和教育信息化等相关领域的专家学者进行问卷调查,经过两轮迭代式修正和指标筛选,最终构建了包含数字意识与动机、数字知识与技能、数字教学能力、高阶数字思维以及数字社会责任等5个一级指标,以及20个二级指标的高校思政课教师数字胜任力模型。据此,提出高校思政课教师数字胜任力提升的路径。Digital competence of teachers for ideological and political education courses in higher educational institutions is pivotal to empower both the professional grow th of the staff in the digital era and the courses to cultivate morality and nurturing people.Constructing a scientific and standardized digital competency index for the teaching staff can not only expand the research direction of ideological and political teachers,but also help to improve the quality and efficiency of the courses.Based on this,research topics were firstly mined through LDA topic model.Subsequently,using the Delphi method,a questionnaire was administered to 21 specialists affiliated with comprehensive universities,with expertise spanning ideo-logiea and political education,educational informatization,and associated domains,a digital competency model was constructed,which includes five primary indicators,including digital awareness and motivation,distal knowledge and skills,digital teaching ability,higher-order digital thinking,and digital social responsibility,as well as 20 secondary indicators.Accordingly,the path to improve the digital competence of ideological and political teachers in higher education is proposed.
