摘　　要：随着“1+X”证书制度的深入实施,高职工业机器人技术专业的人才培养正经历着显著的变革与重塑。这一制度的推行,为专业教育开辟新的发展路径,使高职工业机器人技术专业在人才培养上拥有更加明确的方向和更加丰富的资源。文章在“1+X”证书制度背景下,分析高职工业机器人技术专业的产业发展背景及人才培养现状,同时针对人才培养过程中存在的一些问题提出相应的培养路径。With the deepening implementation of the"1+X"certificate system,the talent cultivation in industrial robot technology programs at vocational colleges is undergoing significant changes and reshaping.The introduction of this system has opened up new pathways for specialized education,offering clearer guidance and more abundant resources for talent cultivation in the field of industrial robot technology in vocational colleges.This article analyzes the industrial development background and current talent cultivation status of the Industrial Robot Technology major in higher vocational education within the context of the"1+X"certificate system.Additionally,it proposes corresponding training paths to address existing challenges in the talent cultivation process.
