信息化背景下企业档案管理面临的机遇与挑战

摘　　要：在信息化背景下,企业档案管理既迎来了诸多机遇,也面临着一系列挑战。文章基于信息技术的发展,对企业档案管理面临的机遇和挑战进行详细的分析,并从强化信息安全保障体系、加强人才培养与引进、助力档案管理标准与规范的完善等三个方面提出了建议措施。In the context of informatization,enterprise archives management faces numerous opportunities as well as a series of challenges.This paper conducts a detailed analysis of these opportunities and challenges based on the development of information technology.It proposes recommendations and measures in three areas:strengthening the information security system,enhancing personnel training and recruitment,and improving the standards and norms of archives management.
