摘　　要：为提升应急通信质量,文章提出一种基于北斗短报文的应急通信质量自适应优化方法。该方法首先基于北斗短报文完成应急通信机制设计,明确发送端、接收端指令发送格式。然后在此基础上,基于自适应编译码技术,通过自适应选择MCS方案完成应急通信质量自适应优化,最后利用实验证明所提方法的先进性。实验结果表明,所提方法应用后,其信道吞吐量可达到51.3 Mbps,平均频带利用率可达到3.5%,优于对比方法,应用效果较好。To enhance the quality of emergency communication,this study proposes an adaptive optimization method based on Beidou short messages.The method first designs an emergency communication mechanism using Beidou short messages,specifying the command formats for both the transmitter and receiver.It then leverages adaptive encoding and decoding techniques to optimize communication quality by adaptively selecting the Modulation and Coding Scheme(MCS).Finally,experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results show that the method achieves a channel throughput of 51.3 Mbps and an average spectral efficiency of 3.5%,outperforming the comparative methods with promising application outcomes.
