摘　　要：由于地理条件优越、气候条件适宜、产业基础扎实等原因,河北平泉市是夏季香菇的主产区。通过实地走访调研和栽培棚室统计数据分析,总结了目前限制平泉市香菇产业发展的原因,包括原料质量、菇农管理水平、产业区位分布、栽培设施条件、香菇价格波动等,并从机械装备开发、农民培训、行业监管、棚室改造等方面提出了今后平泉香菇产业发展的建议。Due to the superior geographical conditions,suitable climatic conditions,solid industrial foundation and other reasons,Pingquan city in Hebei province is the main production area of Lentinus edodes in summer.Through on-the-spot investigation and statistical data analysis of greenhouse cultivation,the reasons for restricting the development of L.edodes industry in Pingquan city were summarized,including the quality of raw materials,the management level of farmers,the distribution of industrial location,the conditions of cultivation facilities,and the price fluctuation of L.edodes.Suggestions on the development of L.edodes industry in Pingquan city in the future were put forward from the aspects of mechanical equipment development,farmer training,industry supervision and shed renovation.
