摘 要:2025年西藏自治区日喀则市定日县6.8级地震,造成了严重的建筑破坏与人员伤亡。梳理了1978—2025年西藏地区影响较大的破坏性地震,总结分析了定日6.8级地震的建筑震害特点以及震损情况,通过对长所乡、曲洛乡、措果乡等地震灾害受损较为严重的区域进行现场调查和对受灾村民进行随机访谈,对比分析各典型建筑结构农房震害情况。结果发现:正规设计且施工质量有保证的砖混结构房屋,在此次地震中整体性表现良好,主要表现为裂缝或部分构件受损,但也有少部分房屋因抗震性能不足而倒塌;大量传统生土结构房屋因材料性能低下且缺乏抗震构造措施,损毁严重,其中木构架承重房屋损毁情况弱于生土墙承重房屋;混合结构房屋因为整体性差,损毁较严重。根据现场调查,提出了提高农房抗震性能的政策建议,对当地的房屋建设具有一定的借鉴意义。The 6.8-magnitude earthquake that struck Dingri County,Rikaze City,Xizang Autonomous Region in 2025 caused severe damage to buildings and casualties among people.This article reviews the destructive earthquakes that have significant impacts in Xizang from 1978 to 2025,and summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of building damage caused by 6.8-magnitude Dingri earthquake.It also investigates the damage situation and conducts a survey on the buildings.Through on-site investigations and random interviews with affected villagers who live in Changsuo Township,Quluo Township,and Cuoguo Township,the seismic damage of typical building structures of rural residential buildings was compared and analyzed.The results show that brick-concrete structure houses with proper design and guaranteed construction quality perform well in terms of integrity during this earthquake,mainly with cracks or partial component damage,but a small number of them collapse due to insufficient seismic performance;a large number of traditional adobe structures for rural houses suffer severe damage due to low material performance and lack of seismic construction measures,resulting in“moderate earthquake,major disaster”.Among them,the damage situation of the wooden frame load-bearing houses is less severe than that of the earth wall load-bearing houses.Mixed structures suffer severe damage due to poor integrity.Based on the on-site investigation,suggestions for improving the seismic performance of self-built rural residential buildings are proposed which have certain reference significance for the local housing construction.
