摘　　要：近年来我国突发事件多发频发,随着互联网普及率的上升,由各类突发事件引发的多元主体参与的复杂网络舆情已成为影响社会稳定的重要因素。然而,目前鲜有学者从公众、媒体和政府主体视角展开网络舆情分析。以西藏日喀则市定日县6.8级地震为例,收集了2025年1月7日至1月21日内的多主体网络舆情数据,结合生命周期理论探讨了舆情热度的时空分布特征,使用SnowNLP情感分析算法和BERTopic主题模型对公众-媒体-政府视角下舆情文本的情感倾向和主题演化差异进行了分析。结果表明,定日地震网络舆情文本具有显著的时空分布特征,其整体情感呈现正向发展态势,并在不同主体视角下存在与生命阶段相对应的舆情文本主题内容与分布差异。该研究通过引入公众-媒体-政府视角,揭示了三者在舆情演化过程中的不同角色定位,凸显了由不同主体组成的舆情协同影响机制的有效性,并对此提出了突发事件舆情管理的启示与建议。In recent years,emergencies have occurred frequently in China,and with the increase in penetration,complex Internet public opinion triggered by various emergencies and involving multiple subjects has become an important factor affecting social stability.However,few scholars have analysed Internet public opinion from the perspectives of the public,the media and governmental subjects.Therefore,this paper takes 6.8-magnitude Dingri earthquake in Rikaze City,Xizang as an example,collects multi-subject public opinion data from the 7th to the 21st of January in 2025,explores the temporal and spatial distribution of public opinion heat in combination with the life cycle theory,and analyzes the differences in sentiment and topic evolution under the public-media-government perspective using SnowNLP sentiment analysis algorithm and the BERTopic topic model.The results show that public opinion on Dingri earthquake has significant spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,and the overall sentiment shows a positive development trend,and there are differences in thematic content and distribution corresponding to the life stages under the perspectives of different public opinion subjects.By introducing the perspective of“public-media-government”,this study reveals the different roles of the three actors in the evolution of public opinion,highlights the effectiveness of the synergistic influence mechanism of public opinion composed of different actors,and puts forward insights and suggestions for the management of public opinion in emergencies.
