摘  要:在当前技术快速发展的背景下,技工院校计算机网络应用专业的教育面临重大挑战。本研究旨在探索一种创新的人才培养模式——工学一体化,以提高学生的实践技能、创新能力和职业素养。首先分析了工学一体化人才培养模式原则,其次深入探讨了该模式在计算机网络应用专业中的具体实践路径。最后总结了工学一体化模式能够有效提升学生的专业能力和综合素质,为技工院校培养适应社会和经济发展需求的高素质技能人才提供了可行路径。In the current context of rapid technological development,the education of computer network application major in technical colleges faces major challenges.This study aims to explore an innovative talent training model-integration of work and study,to improve students'practical skills,innovation ability and professional quality.The study first analyzes the principles of the engineering-study integrated talent training model,and then through the implementation dilemma of the engineering-study-integrated skilled talent training model,it deeply explores the specific practical path of this model in the computer network application major.Finally,it concludes that the integration of engineering and learning model can effectively improve students'professional abilities and comprehensive qualities,and provides a feasible path for technical colleges to cultivate high-quality skilled talents that meet the needs of social and economic development.
