摘　　要：红色文化和陶瓷文化是建设中国式现代化江西篇章、打造文化强省的战略性优势资源。基于江西某高职院校的实践,文章创造性提出“数字化红色陶瓷IP”概念,并阐释其价值意蕴、现实困境,进而探索“数字化红色陶瓷IP”与高校团建育人融合的五重教育价值、构建四种融合路径、搭建“数字化+实体化”两个平台、设计“叙事性+视觉化”两大体验活动,以期推动“双院制”背景下“数字化红色陶瓷IP”与高校团建育人的实践融合。Red culture and ceramic culture are the strategic advantageous resources for building a chapter of Chinese-style modernization in Jiangxi and building a culturally strong province.Based on the practice of a higher vocational college in Jiangxi,this paper creatively puts forward the concept of"digital red ceramic IP",explains its value implication and practical dilemma,and then explores the five-fold educational value of the integration of"digital red ceramic IP"and college team building and education,constructs four integration paths,builds two platforms of"digital substantiation",and designs two experience activities of"narrative and visualization",in order to promote the practical integration of"digital red ceramic IP"and college team building and education under the background of"bicameral".
