摘  要:气溶胶卫星遥感数据由于云覆盖和反演假设的限制,气溶胶光学厚度(AOD)存在大范围非随机缺失,限制了其在气溶胶生态、环境、气候效应的研究与应用。本研究基于气溶胶变化的时空特性,提出了一种动态升降尺度重构方法,对中国中东部地区进行无缝数据重构。结果表明:1)该时空重构方法能够有效重构缺失数据,实现了长时序、全覆盖的无缝AOD数据集;2)重构数据与原始数据具有较好的相似性,相关性R值大于0.9,并且通过空间分布、地面AERONET站点验证以及与现有无缝数据集的对比,表明该方法能够有效还原与原始数据和现有数据集相近的空间分布及时间序列趋势;3)重构数据填补了缺失区域,显著提升了整体数据的空间分布和均值,均值结果表现出明显的AOD空间分布特征和季节性变化特征。Aerosol Optical Depth(AOD)data derived from satellite remote sensing are often subject to significant non-random gaps due to cloud cover and the limitations of inversion assumptions,hindering their use in aerosol-related studies on ecology,the environment,and climate effects.This study proposes a dynamic scale-up and scale-down reconstruction method based on the spatiotemporal characteristics of aerosol variations to achieve seamless data reconstruction for the central and eastern regions of China.The results indicate,1)the proposed spatiotemporal reconstruction method effectively reconstructs missing data,generating a long-term,fully complete AOD dataset.2)The reconstructed data shows strong similarity to the original data,with a correlation coefficient(R)greater than 0.9 validation using spatial distribution analysis,ground-based AERONET stations,and comparison with existing seamless datasets confirms that this method successfully recovers spatial distributions and temporal trends that are consistent with both the original and existing datasets.3)The reconstructed dataset fills in gaps,significantly improving the spatial distribution and mean values.The mean results highlight clear spatial distribution patterns and seasonal variation characteristics of AOD.
