医学生述情障碍与手机成瘾的相关研究进展  

Research Progress on the Correlation Between Alexithymia and Mobile Phone Addiction in Medical Students

摘　　要：手机成瘾是由于过度使用手机导致的一种心理依赖状态,会影响个体的生理、心理和社会功能。医学生群体因面临较大的学业和职业压力,更易出现述情障碍和手机成瘾。研究表明,医学生的述情障碍可以直接影响手机成瘾的程度;自我控制、正念、心理弹性和反刍思维等心理学变量也可以作为中介因素间接影响这一过程。研究展望:(一)需要更多纵向设计的研究来追踪医学生在不同阶段的心理变化;(二)结合行为学、认知神经科学等多学科领域的知识和技术进行深入探索;(三)基于现有研究成果,开发并评估针对医学生群体的有效干预策略;(四)进一步考察性别差异及其他人口统计学因素的影响;(五)尝试进行跨国或多民族样本间的对比分析。Mobile Phone Addiction(MPA),a psychological dependency resulting from excessive mobile phone use,can negatively affect an individual’s physical,psychological,and social functioning.Medical students,facing significant academic and professional pressures,are more prone to alexithymia and PMA.Research indicates that alexithymia in medical students can directly influence the degree of MPA.Additionally,psychological variables such as self-control,mindfulness,psychological resilience,and rumination can act as mediating factors,indirectly affecting this process.The prospects of the research concerned are as follows:(1)more longitudinal studies are needed to track the psychological changes of medical students at different stages;(2)in-depth exploration should be carried out by integrating knowledge and technologies from other disciplines such as behavioral science and cognitive neuroscience;(3)effective intervention strategies for the group of medical students should be developed and evaluated based on the existing research results;(4)further investigation into the impacts of gender differences and other demographic factors is required;(5)comparative analyses should be attempted between cross-national or multi-ethnic samples.
