摘 要:采用随机对照试验设计,在某高校招募了1 154名大学生参与实验,发放1 154份《大学生寝室人际关系现状及因素调查》网络调查问卷,回收1 084份有效问卷,这些学生来自不同的专业和年级,具有一定的代表性。从问卷中筛选出存在寝室人际困扰的学生,随机抽取14人作为研究样本。通过实施一系列心理情景剧活动,评估了这些活动对改善大学生寝室关系、减少人际冲突以及提升学生的社交技能的影响。研究结果表明,心理情景剧作为一种有效的心理干预手段,能够显著降低大学生寝室的人际困扰水平,并提升学生的社交技能和心理健康状态。这主要得益于心理情景剧的模拟性和互动性特点,当然这种方法也有局限性。未来研究可以考虑个体化的干预方案,根据不同学生的具体情况进行定制化设计,以达到长期干预的效果。This paper conducts a randomized controlled trial with 1,154 students recruited from a college.An online survey questionnaire titled“Current Situation and Factors of Interpersonal Relationships in College Dormitories”was distributed,with 1,084 valid responses collected.The participants,from various majors and grades,ensured their representativeness.14 students with interpersonal problems in dormitories were randomly selected as the research samples.A series of psychological drama activities were implemented to evaluate their impact on enhancing dormitory relationships,reducing interpersonal conflicts,and improving students'social skills.The result indicates that psychological drama,as an effective intervention,can significantly reduce interpersonal problems in college and university dormitories and enhance students’social skills and mental health.This is primarily attributed to the simulative and interactive nature of psychological drama,in spite of certain limitations.Future research could consider developing individualized intervention programs tailored to individual students’specific situations to achieve long-term intervention effects.
