基于建构主义理论的现场教学课程设计——以X公司现场教学为例

摘  要:现场教学是干部教育培训的一种重要教学方法。以建构主义为理论基石,结合现场教学实践经验的分析认为,现场教学课程设计的重点在于形式和内容设计两个方面;课程开发与实施中的常见问题主要是教学主题挖掘不够深刻、教学设计流程有待优化、教学表达方式方法单一、教学基地开拓管理滞后,以及缺乏品牌意识和地域特色。优化现场教学的对策和建议:(一)完善制度设计,建立长期合作;(二)打造精品线路,培育精品课程;(三)多元方式融合,综合立体开发;(四)建立培训机制,重视队伍建设。On-site teaching is an important teaching method in cadre education and training.On the basis of constructivism and an analysis of practical experiences in on-site teaching,this paper finds that the key to designing on-site teaching courses lies in two aspects of form and content designs.Common issues in the development and implementation of such courses include insufficient exploration of teaching themes,absence of optimized teaching design processes,singular teaching expression methods,outdated development and management of teaching bases,and a lack of brand awareness and regional characteristics.Accordingly,strategies to optimize on-site teaching are put forward:(1)refining institutional design and establishing long-term partnerships;(2)creating high-quality routes and developing signature courses;(3)integrating diverse methods and comprehensively developing resources;(4)establishing training mechanisms and prioritizing team building.
