摘　　要：教育部印发的《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》,将“开展学生骨干的遴选、培养、激励工作”作为辅导员的重要职责,为辅导员优化学生干部队伍建设指引了方向。辅导员要从学生干部队伍肩负的重要职责出发,围绕选拔、培训、管理、考核四大方面,采取有效对策,优化学生干部队伍建设。The Ministry of Education issued the"Regulations on the Construction of the Counselor Team of General Colleges and Universities",which regards"the selection,training and motivation of student cadres"as an important responsibility of college counselors,guiding the direction for counselors to optimize the construction of student cadres.Counselors should consider the important responsibilities shouldered by the student cadres team,and take good strategies around the four major aspects of selection,training,management,and assessment to optimize the student cadres team.
