摘　　要：法律职业资格考试是衡量法学专业毕业生是否具备从事法律职业能力的关键标准。然而,目前刑事诉讼法学的传统教学中仍存在诸多问题,如教学内容更新滞后、与实践脱节等,导致学生在应对法律职业资格考试时感到困难。因此,文章旨在探索刑事诉讼法学的教学改革,通过构建一个科学、合理且实践性强的刑事诉讼法学课程体系,提高学生的法律职业资格考试通过率,增强其实践能力,并激发学习兴趣与主动性,最终推动法学教育的创新与发展,提升我国法治人才的培养质量,为法治建设的稳步推进提供坚实保障。Legal professional qualification examination is the key standard to measure whether law graduates have the ability to engage in legal profession.However,at present,there are still many problems in the traditional teaching of criminal procedure law,such as the lag in the updating of teaching content and the disconnection from practice,which lead to students’difficulties in coping with the legal professional qualification examination.Therefore,the article aims to explore the teaching reform of criminal procedure law,through the construction of a scientific,reasonable and practical criminal procedure law curriculum system,improve the passing rate of students’legal professional qualification examination,enhance their practical ability,and stimulate their interest and initiative in learning.Finally,it will promote the innovation and development of legal education,improve the training quality of legal talents in China,and provide a solid guarantee for the steady progress of legal construction.
