摘　　要：乡村教师的发展动力源于乡村中生成的乡土情,乡土情的生成是乡村教师发展的内在动力,更是乡村教师“乡村人”与“职业人”的统一、“专业性”与“公共性”的统一的耦合点。然而,长期以来城乡融合发展下的乡村教师发展是以城市化为取向,乡村教育境遇局外规定的囿境。乡村教师在人地关系断裂的境况下境遇三重困境。乡村教师的“乡村人”的身份在城乡二元空间分裂的境遇下失落,教师角色的弥散性加剧导致教师身份角色边界不清,在利益博弈下偏离教本,面对现代性与传统性的冲突下价值迷失。乡村空间具有物质空间、社会空间和精神空间三重性质,以此整体的在乡视角出发能重新发现乡村教师发展动力所在。具体表现在物质空间中回归人地关系、社会空间中回归教本、精神空间中寻求文化自觉。The driving force behind rural teachers’development stems from their rural rootedness cultivated within the countryside.The formation of such rootedness not only serves as an internal impetus but also acts as the convergence point that unifies their dual identities as“rural dwellers”and“professionals”,while harmonizing“professionalism”with“publicness”.Historically,however,the development of rural teachers under urban rural integration policies has been urbanization oriented,confining rural education within externally imposed frameworks.This has resulted in a tripartite dilemma for rural teachers amidst the rupture of human land relationships:the erosion of their“rural dweller”identity due to the dichotomous urban rural spatial structure,role diffusion leading to blurred professional boundaries,deviation from educational essence amid interest conflicts,and value disorientation in the clash between modernity and tradition.By conceptualizing rural space as a triad of material,social,and spiritual dimensions,this study rediscoveries the developmental momentum through an in situ perspective—reconnecting human land relationships in material space,returning to educational essence in social space,and pursuing cultural consciousness in spiritual space.
