摘　　要：新时代背景下,高职院校辅导员承担着培养高素质技术技能人才的重要使命。然而,当前部分辅导员的素质能力尚不足以满足这一要求,迫切需要对辅导员队伍的核心素养进行重塑与提升。因此,文章分析了高职院校辅导员核心素养的构成及其认同现状,揭示了其存在的问题,并在此基础上丰富了高职院校辅导员核心素养的内涵,最后提出提升策略,旨在推动辅导员核心素养的系统重塑与有效提升,以更好地服务于立德树人的根本任务。In the context of the new era,counselors in higher vocational colleges bear the crucial mission of cultivating high quality technical and skilled talents.However,the current competency levels of some counselors remain insufficient to meet these requirements,urgently necessitating the restructuring and enhancement of core competencies within this professional group.This paper analyzes the composition and current state of recognition regarding core competencies among higher vocational college counselors,reveals existing deficiencies,and enriches the conceptual framework of these core competencies.Furthermore,it proposes enhancement strategies aimed at facilitating systematic restructuring and effective improvement of counselors’core competencies,thereby better serving the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.
