基于TOE理论视角下美国高等教育数字化转型的组态路径分析

摘　　要：高等教育数字化转型是数字化时代背景下教育发展的创新性要求,是实现高等教育现代化的战略支点。数字化变革的影响不仅体现在技术层面的升级,更深刻推动着教育理念、教学模式、学习方式和教育管理的全面革新。文章以TOE理论为分析框架,纵观美国高等教育数字化转型的进程,从技术、组织与环境层面分析美国数字化转型进程中的经验以及组态路径,以期为我国高等教育数字化转型提供战略设计、数字平台、教学实践方面的启示。The digital transformation of higher education is an innovative requirement for educational development in the context of the digital era and a strategic pivot for the modernization of higher education.The impact of digital transformation is not only reflected in the upgrading of technology,but also profoundly pushes forward the comprehensive innovation of education concept,teaching mode,learning mode and education management.Taking TOE theory as the analytical framework,the article looks at the process of digital transformation of American higher education and analyzes the experience and path of digital transformation in the United States in terms of technology,organization and environment,with a view to providing inspirations for the digital transformation of China’s higher education in terms of strategic design,digital platform and teaching practice.
